I can't believe how extremely smooth the rental process went with Iris and her team. Quick, continuous communication on top of excellent equipment. They were so flexible with my needs and their schedule. I was thoroughly impressed and my guests were comfortable, entertained, and very pleased with the party and setup. Always 5⭐️ when using Cruz Party Rentals. They’ve made my parties even better for the last 3 years. The customer service is always superb. Communication is top tier as well. This was my first experience with Cruz Party Rentals &’ it was definitely a 10/10 , would recommend ! The original day I needed the bounce house/waterslide , the temperature outside dropped plus it rained so we couldn’t use it . They were willing to accommodate me by letting me choose another day within this month to get the bounce house/waterslide again . The communication was great &’ that was the best part throughout this process . I’ll be a returning customer for sure !
