Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. AFTER each rental, EVERY  unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Yes. In order for us to deliver to parks we do have a Fee $100 which includes certificate of insurance required by most parks. You MUST also verify there is source of electricity to connect bounce house ( 50ft extension chord is provided) and/or water source in case you are a getting a waterslide. (25ft of water hose provided). In case of no electricity you can provide your own generator (at least 4,000 watts) or you can rent one from us.

We accept cash, credit/ debit cards, zelle and Venmo.

We understand things can happen. Although, WE DO NOT ALLOW REFUNDS we do offer “RESCHEDULING CREDIT” to use full amount for future date. Credit is FORFEITED if you DO NOT cancel within 48 hours of event and if we deliver and you decide you no longer wish to continue with rental items.

We require 50% of TOTAL at time of reservation and in order to reserve items. Remaining Balance is due 48 hours prior to Event.

Incase of Heavy rain, thunderstorms and excessive winds over 15mph children MUST EXIT and inflatable MUST BE TURNED OFF immediately and unplugged from electrical source to avoid any electrical shortages. Once weather is safe you may plug in electrical cord and blow up bouncy and wait a few minutes for bouncy to dry so kids can re enter safely.

In order to be Tax Exempt simply click the Tax except bottom and you MUST email copy of TAX EXCEPTION LETTER to iris@cruzpartyrentals.com in order for us to APPROVE IT.
