I can't believe how extremely smooth the rental process went with Iris and her team. Quick, continuous communication on top of excellent equipment. They were so flexible with my needs and their schedule. I was thoroughly impressed and my guests were comfortable, entertained, and very pleased with the party and setup. I ordered a super cool Halloween-themed bouncy house for a party and it was amazing! Pretty pricey but worth it! It was big, beautiful, and the kids had an absolute blast. The owner was so patient with me because I almost canceled due to the forecast, but I’m so glad I didn’t — it barely rained at all! They showed up right on time for both drop-off and pickup. Great service all around!
